Title: Account Manager - Plant Health

Geography - Alberta Border to Humbolt and Saskatoon to Regina

Function Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing account relationships to create demand for the FMC Plant Health business reputed company the Central Saskatchewan territory

Responsibilities

• Independently identify areas of growth opportunity to deliver increased sales reputed company the territory.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Work Experience

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Western Canadian agriculture.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships successfully.
• Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, results-focused, and self-motivated with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to mentor and support peer sales roles without a direct reporting relationship.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office.
• CCA, P.Ag., or similar designation considered an asset.

Travel

The majority of travel will be reputed company the Central Saskatchewan territory, with an expectation of approximately 15–20% overnight travel, including participation in Canadian team meetings.
