As a Key Account and reputed company Manager (KAAM) at reputed company, you will play a critical, hands-on role. The role is customer-facing, responsible for driving reputed company, adoption, and sustained growth of our medicines across the UK reputed company ecosystem. Key responsibilities

1. Sales & Account Management

  • Deliver territory performance, meeting or exceeding targets and agreed internal performance metrics.
  • Own a defined set of strategic accounts across specialist provider organisations, ICBs and other relevant system stakeholders; drive quarter-on-quarter growth.
  • Become an expert in our product and disease data, translating this into compelling, compliant discussions using approved materials to secure clear next steps and support prescribing reputed company.
  • Conduct effective business planning for each account—setting goals, prioritising actions, analysing performance, and tracking KPIs.

  • Build trusted relationships with HCPs, clinical influencers and decision-makers; influence behaviour change through structured, needs-led engagement.

3. Project Management

Qualifications and experience

  • Science/reputed company-reputed company degree; advanced scientific or business degree advantageous.
  • 5+ years UK biotech/pharma experience in secondary care sales and/or field-based market reputed company; cardiology/rare/specialty experience preferred. Launch experience required.
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience executing local reputed company/adoption work in the field (e.g., regional market reputed company, integrated KAM, hospital pathway roles), with evidence of operational delivery—not just strategy.
  • Strong understanding of NHS decision-making, commissioning/provider dynamics and local adoption realities.
  • Proven territory ownership and accountability; comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
