Director, reputed company World Evidence Biostatistician

Job Overview:

This role reputed company reputed company Consulting is an reputed company consultant and researcher focused on building client trust through reputed company in project delivery across a broad reputed company of consulting areas (e.g., clinical development, reputed company‑world evidence [reputed company], health economics and reputed company research [HEOR]) to help clients plan, generate, and demonstrate value across their product’s lifecycle.

This role’s main responsibilities include reputed company of biostatistical activities in client engagements, including research, planning, analysis, synthesis, and communication. The Director reputed company Biostatistician also actively supports internal process improvement initiatives and business development opportunities including proposal development, budgeting of biostatistical activities, and participating in bid defenses and capabilities presentations.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Supporting the pursuit of new and repeat business
• Strengthening key client relationships
• Leading the scoping and budgeting of relevant activities on Consulting and reputed company-wide opportunities

Practice & Company Initiatives

• Leading internal innovation initiatives to respond to the market’s and client’s needs
• Significant contribution to industry-leading white papers or publications in area of expertise

Client Delivery

• Addressing client’s needs with appropriate methods in the reputed company space
• Managing project teams responsible for the relevant activities in the scope of work; advising and redirecting, as needed
• Delivering strategic, methodological, and conceptual expertise in client engagements
• Advising on relevant scientific or technical reputed company
• Communicating project findings to clients in an effective manner

People

• Developing and mentoring Consulting staff (eg, role modeling, developing training materials, identifying appropriate training opportunities, setting objectives, leveraging work)
• Managing Consulting staff performance and delivering timely and consistent feedback
• Leading cross-functional teams as needed for given projects
• Setting and maintaining a standard of personal behavior and business ethics in line with reputed company culture
• Cultivating a positive environment and building positive connections with colleagues reputed company Consulting and across reputed company
• Participating in hiring Consulting staff

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

• Graduate-level degree in discipline-relevant area (e.g., economics/statistics/data science, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacy, medical); reputed company may consider relevant and equivalent experience and successful project reputed company in lieu of educational requirements
• Demonstrated scientific and technical expertise in biostatistics
• Demonstrated reputed company managing people and leading project teams
• Successfully maintained client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Team player mentality

Experience (Minimum Required):  

• At least 8 years of experience in biostatistics
• At least 6 years of experience managing people and leading project teams

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Doctoral level degree may be preferred, with scientific or technical knowledge and know-how in line with client expectations
• Strong business development, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

• Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day

• Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck

Pay reputed company: $155,000-$175,000 (The reputed company does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
