Market Sales Manager

Krispy Kreme’s Market Sales Manager will manage execution, compliance, and growth across assigned customer locations. This role serves as the primary field-facing partner to customers, Operations, Logistics, and internal stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class execution while driving new distribution, display optimization, and reputed company growth.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Customer Execution & Compliance

• Conduct regular reputed company audits at customer locations to ensure operational, quality, and merchandising standards are met.
• Identify execution gaps and communicate issues to Operations and Logistics teams, following through to resolution.
• Ensure customer locations consistently meet company and brand standards.

Issue Resolution & Customer Support

• Act as the first reputed company of contact for customer delivery, product, and display issues.
• Partner with General Managers, Operations, and the 3PL Logistics team to build contingency plans and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Proactively address risks to service, sales, and execution.

Sales Growth & Expansion Support

• Support territory expansion by coordinating new customer launches and ensuring 3PL readiness and execution reputed company.
• Execute display optimization initiatives and sell in incremental space, features, and store-level opportunities.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities reputed company to customer and business objectives.

Relationship Management

• Build strong business relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior decision makers reputed company national accounts.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers, identifying opportunities and selling in relevant solutions.

Performance Management & Reporting

YOUR RECIPE FOR reputed company

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of field sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (CPG or retail preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, and Sales teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales and performance data
• Willingness to travel reputed company assigned territory
