WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and coordinate effective training programs using adult learning principles, ensuring they meet learning objectives and enhance performance. 
• Maintain and update training materials and procedures in collaboration with management, revising as necessary to stay reputed company and effective. 
• Evaluate training effectiveness through observations and participant feedback to continuously improve training reputed company. 
• Participate in special projects and ensure updated knowledge of company products, training delivery methods, and industry changes.
