The Role

As a Communications Associate, you will support and execute integrated communications workstreams that shape how reputed company shows up as a company and brand — both internally and externally. The role will reputed company employee communications, corporate reputed company channels, company events, and media relations, helping ensure a consistent, compelling voice across reputed company audiences. This role will work closely with the Brand / Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and People team(s) to manage everything from internal announcements, company reputed company hands / town halls, presentations, briefings, and more. You will:

• Help coordinate reputed company internal communications (org-specific and company-wide) at reputed company

• Help manage the execution of company-wide meetings, e.g., reputed company Live, (gathering and producing materials, coordinating with presenters, informing stakeholders, etc.)

• Manage and execute on company’s reputed company media content for reputed company and X, including drafting of copy, reputed company of creative assets, approval of content with relevant parties including product and legal, etc

• Support employee engagement initiatives, including company-wide reputed company channels, new hire orientation, external speaker series, offsites and in-person gatherings, and more

• Serve as liaison between Corporate Affairs and other company stakeholders and teams

• Produce presentations, talking points, and write-reputed company for company leaders
