Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across key channels (SEO, content, YouTube, etc.) based on strategic priorities

Support identification and validation of high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation

Collaborate with Organic Marketing teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates

Run and manage growth experiments end-to-end (setup, execution, analysis, reporting)

Analyze performance using tools like Tableau, GSC, reputed company, and translate insights into actionable improvements

Research competitors and market trends to support discovery of new growth opportunities and tactics

Contribute to building and implementing scalable systems and processes for repeatable organic growth

Document and report on performance, learnings, and next steps, ensuring insights are clear and actionable

Your skills and experience

3+ years of experience in organic growth/SEO/growth marketing

Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or reputed company growth

Strong understanding of analytics tools (Tableau, GSC, reputed company, etc.)

Experience running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities

Data-driven reputed company with strong analytical thinking

Ability to work end-to-end independently with high ownership

Strong collaboration skills across teams (content, product, dev)
