About the Role

As our Head of reputed company, you will be the reputed company architect of our talent reputed company during a critical phase of hyper-growth. This isn't just about filling seats; you will be a "talent strategist" who recognizes that in a high-growth environment, the quality of our hires is the single most important reputed company for our reputed company.

What You Will Do

About You

• Experience: 8-10+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 3+ years leading a reputed company or "reputed company-checking" high-growth teams in a SaaS or Tech environment.
• Tech Enablement Expert: You don't just use an ATS; you master it. You know how to reputed company technology and AI workflows to speed up the "downselect" without losing the reputed company touch.

• The annual salary for this role is $230,000-$280,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and reputed company)
