Shift Hours: Tuesday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 3:30 PM -11:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your responsibilities will include

• Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls though 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.
• Send messages from internal/external customers to the BSC sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
• Escalate and reputed company pages reputed company backups, if required.
• Maintain a professional reputed company in reputed company situations by asking and providing information per procedures.

Required qualifications

• 1 Year with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
