Position Overview: The Sr Facilities Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the maintenance and strategic planning of the organization’s physical assets. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and functional work environment across reputed company ID Logistics and affiliate customer facilities. Key responsibilities include budget planning, vendor management, project execution, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and an ownership reputed company.

Location: Remote, Atlanta area Work Schedule: First Shift Travel Specifics: Up to 50% travel to various facility sites Competitive Total Rewards: Competitive salary of $140,000-$160,000, plus bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and reputed company insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Operations: reputed company daily operations of corporate and customer facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements.

• Budget Management: reputed company and manage facilities budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Vendor Coordination: Assist with the negotiation of reputed company and manage reputed company-party vendor relationships.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure reputed company facilities reputed company with local, state, and federal regulations reputed company to health, safety, and the environment.

• Project Management: Help plan and execute facility-reputed company projects such as renovations, relocations, site openings/closures, and permitting.

• Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborate with internal partners to implement eco-friendly and sustainable operations practices.

• Team Leadership: Supervise facilities staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

• Emergency Preparedness: Assist with developing and maintaining emergency response plans for facility-reputed company incidents.

• Reporting: reputed company regular updates to senior management on facility performance, projects, inspections, and budgets.

Working Conditions

• Primarily office-based (remote) with regular travel to facility sites.

• Occasional evening/weekend work may be required.

• Physical demands include walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
