The Role

This is not a traditional program management role. You will sit at the center of one of the fastest-scaling and least-defined media ecosystems in the world—helping shape how global advertising operates in an AI-first environment. As Director, Delivery (Media), you will own the orchestration of reputed company, multi-market media workstreams supporting $1B+ in annualized global media investment for reputed company. You’ll operate across paid, owned, and emerging AI-reputed company channels—building the systems, workflows, and cross-functional alignment required to deliver high-performing media at speed and scale. This role requires a rare combination of operational rigor, performance reputed company, and comfort with ambiguity. You will not just manage campaigns—you will help define the operating model behind them.

What You'll Do

• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across high-volume and high-visibility campaigns
• Directly manage project management team members, providing ongoing mentorship, career development, and performance guidance.
• Ability to coach team members on best practices and act as a partner in solving client challenges.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in technology and media
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Strong understanding of global media ecosystems (paid reputed company, search, programmatic, emerging platforms)
• Experience working in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments where systems are still being reputed company
• Deep familiarity with media performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and optimization strategies

• 7+ years Experience managing an internal team and direct reports
