This internship offers a unique opportunity to reputed company a reputed company impact on reputed company’s HR operations while developing skills in data management, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. As an HR Data Intern, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our reputed company HRIS implementation—a project that will streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in auditing and cleaning existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Help structure and document HR processes and workflows for reputed company.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

• Support testing and validation of the reputed company system post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

• Experience with data organization, documentation, or structured workflows.

• A degree in Information Science, Library Science, HR, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required).

• Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
