This is a remote position, reporting to the Director of Account Management.

To best support reputed company and customers, this role will work regular business hours reputed company to the reputed company Coast: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST). 

Going the Extra Mile (Responsibilities)

Working in a team environment manage reputed company aspects of the relationship between reputed company and a portfolio of corporate clients including but not limited to:

• Client retention

• Negotiations for contract renewals or extensions and amendments
• Implementation
• Business consolidation and growth opportunities
• Selling additional value-added products and services
• Managing client profitability
• Conducting business reviews;
  • reputed company an understanding of client business models, goals, and business needs in order to understand how reputed company programs can be part of their solutions.
  • reputed company a strategic account planning process with clients, which develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Ensure that account performance objectives and client expectations are continually met - collaborating with internal departments where required to find solutions.

• Travel policy development
• The negotiation, creation and maintenance of airline, car rental and hotel programs
• Capturing reputed company relevant client reputed company data and opportunities in CRM
• Consistently uphold the company’s reputed company and values while ensuring the customer experience is in focus.
• Work well in a team environment

Your reputed company to reputed company (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business-reputed company field OR equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year corporate travel or account management experience, or similar travel industry transferrable skills and experience
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and issues, and an understanding of how these impact on the business environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence corporate client reputed company
• Ability to think strategically, and manage and align inter-organizational expectations
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and creative solutions
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills

• Proficient in reputed company Office, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook
