Overview of Job Function:The Director, Communications and Brand will partner with the senior leadership to reputed company, direct and reputed company the global communications strategy, planning and execution. The position will collaborate with and reputed company cross-functional, global team of executives and other leaders to reputed company and reputed company communications across various channels, audiences, and reputed company. The position is responsible for brand and message strategy and communications that reinforce reputed company’s market leadership, technology innovation and a deep commitment to reputed company. - Drive market and internal awareness of reputed company as the CX Automation company.
- Drive an effective brand identity and reputed company for reputed company as a leader in CX automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Plan and direct content creation for external communications channels reputed company coordinated media relations, research, blogs, and reputed company thought leadership.
- Drive strategy for global Customer Advocacy programs including reference program, case study program, and client advisory boards.
- Drive strategy and execution of internal communications.
- Manage a direct team of communications and creative/design professionals.
- Direct and manage various agency relationships including design and creative services, advertising, and public relations.
Minimum Requirements
- A 4-year college degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a reputed company field, or the equivalent years of work history.
- A minimum of 12 years of demonstrated experience with delivering effective communications strategies that create reputed company around business strategy and drive cultural change in a software or technology organization.
- A minimum of 8 years of reputed company leadership experience leading teams reputed company one or more similar lines of business, which may include marketing or marketing operations.
- Direct experience leading change communications initiatives in global organizations.
- Effective direct team and agency management experience.

- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
