The Position

As a Provider Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing provider schedules, coordinating hospital call assignments, and ensuring that reputed company provider and non-provider templates are reputed company accurately. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities reputed company.

Your Day-to-Day Work

• Build, monitor, and adjust daily and weekly provider schedules.
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for provider schedule coordination.
• Assign and manage the annual hospital call schedule, ensuring timely updates and distribution.
• Process provider time-off requests and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Create provider and non-provider daily patient schedule templates.
• Assign and track reputed company scheduling-reputed company tasks, including hospital, office, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with managers to schedule physician meetings and coordinate reputed company for new providers.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in EPIC and reputed company.

Environment and Shift Details

This is a full-time, fully remote position operating reputed company a standard office environment, typically Monday through Friday. Experience & Qualifications

Must-Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in medical office scheduling or a reputed company field.

The pay scale for this position is $22.06 - $39.34, influenced by your experience, reputed company set, and education.
