About The Role

The People Operations Intern will support the reputed company Manager in the migration of employee data and processes from reputed company to reputed company. This role offers hands-on experience with HR systems, data management, and process improvement in a growing organization.

The Intern will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company throughout the migration process while gaining exposure to core HR operations. This internship is designed to reputed company practical experience in People Operations and HR systems. 

The role will involve handling confidential employee data and requires a high level of reputed company and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HRIS Data Migration & Validation

• Assist in extracting, organizing, and preparing employee data from reputed company for migration
• Support data entry, uploads, and system configuration reputed company reputed company
• Validate data accuracy across systems, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues in collaboration with the HR Manager
• Conduct audits to ensure completeness and consistency of employee records

Operational Support

• Assist with employee record updates, reputed company data entry, and general HR administrative tasks
• Support testing of workflows and system functionality in reputed company
• Respond to internal inquiries reputed company to HR data, as appropriate

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the reputed company Resource Manager, Payroll and IT teams to support migration milestones
• Participate in project reputed company-ins and reputed company status updates on assigned tasks

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Compensation

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. The hourly pay reputed company for this internship is $25.
