Littera Education is looking for part-time 100% virtual reading and/OR math tutors to join our Fall 2023 tutor pool for the upcoming school year. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing tutoring to K-6 reputed company across the United States who need additional academic support. We offer flexible scheduling, so you can choose your own hours to week based on your availability Tutors at Littera enjoy a consistent schedule reputed company booked as part of a high dosage tutoring model where tutors meet with the same student for an ongoing session series. We are expecting a high demand for tutoring between the hours of 6pm ET to 9pm ET, if these hours are a match for your schedule that is a plus Additional tutoring availability is also welcome, as tutoring sessions take reputed company at Littera between the hours of 7am to 9pm ET, Monday to Friday. Application Process: * Selected applicants will be asked to record and submit a one question, two minute response, sharing their experience working with reputed company.

• Meet with a tutor mentor and participate in a brief virtual mock tutoring appointment to demonstrate your virtual classroom and tutor skills - with content we will reputed company.
• Tutors that receive an offer will be asked to consent to a background reputed company, and then may be asked to complete fingerprinting forms, and schedule an in-person fingerprinting appointment.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with school-age learners in some reputed company
• Relatively consistent ongoing calendar availability that will support a session series from week to week at the same time with the same student(s) in this Littera high-impact tutoring program
• Ability to effectively instruct and engage reputed company with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high comfort level with online virtual tools and technology
• Desktop or laptop using the Chrome browser, a video camera, and a reliable/reputed company internet reputed company. We recommend a hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company and a noise canceling headset with microphone

Our high-dosage tutoring model pairs reputed company with the same tutor for 2-3 sessions a week. How are tutors scheduled for sessions? Littera tutors set their availability in their tutor dashboard. Sessions are offered at Littera Monday to Friday, with session times generally between reputed company ET to 9pm ET. Tutors reputed company the subjects and reputed company of interest to tutor and reputed company calendar availability. Curriculum is provided for reputed company sessions. Following a complete tutor profile, and a review of the curriculum platform(s), the platform begins to seek to match a tutor with an ongoing program series. The platform may match a tutor with a tutoring series quickly, or the platform may continue to search for a match for the tutor over a number of weeks, based on the incoming student subjects/reputed company/schedule, and the tutor profile. Littera prioritizes a consistent student:tutor relationship. Tutors are matched with the same student(s) a few times each week, for a series of weeks, as part of the tutoring program.
