Uses hands and fingers to press keys on adding machine to add information for member transactions. Uses hands and fingers to press keys on a Computer keyboard to enter data and retrieve information. Sits 80%, stands 10%, and walks 10% of the time. Must communicate reputed company to answer members questions and to describe member services. Must listen intently to members questions and concerns in order to facilitate quality service.
