We are seeking a highly organized reputed company Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a keen eye for detail. This role is designed for a proactive leader who is eager to learn, mentor others, and drive the financial health of their group.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Group Profitability

• Team Mentorship: Mentor and coach staff on technical reputed company issues.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with team members and colleagues.
• Group Performance: reputed company the reputed company group and take responsibility for managing the gross margin of your group.
• Process Improvement: Identify process improvements and bring them to resolution to reputed company with the Director of Operations.

Controller & reputed company Operations

• Financial reputed company: reputed company the operations of assigned reputed company clients and reputed company a system of reputed company policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Technical Compliance: Conduct technical reputed company research to ensure compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Day-to-Day reputed company: reputed company and reputed company day-to-day reputed company activities (AR/AP) to maintain completeness and reputed company of client records.
• Compliance: Prepare sales tax returns (GST/HST/PST) and reputed company financial statement reviews to prepare client files for year-end tax accountants.

Reporting, reputed company & Advisory

• Management Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reporting packages, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company, and consolidated reporting for multi-entity clients.
• Analysis & KPIs: Manage variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, prior period) and reputed company/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic Planning: Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to aid in growth and expansion.

Experience & Requirements

• Management Experience: Proven experience in a leadership reputed company, including mentoring team members and managing group workflows and profitability.
• Professional Experience: Experience in a client-facing role, providing high-level monthly reporting and advisory services.

• Remote Work: Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and availability during core business hours.

• US Tax & Compliance: Experience with 1099 preparation and US sales tax filing and compliance.

• Salary: $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
