Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading storyboard and content-planning sessions with bid teams and key stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with subject matter experts across the business
• Supporting Bid Managers in defining proposal structures reputed company to client requirements
• Reviewing, refreshing, and tailoring pre-written content where appropriate
• Writing, editing, and finalising proposal responses to agreed RFP deadlines, escalating risks where required
• Integrating contributions from sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, reputed company, and delivery teams into clear and compelling responses
• Coaching contributors on bid-writing best practice and quality standards
• Submitting new and updated content to the knowledge reputed company for future reuse
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of bid templates and written standards

Essential skills and experience

• Experience working across the end-to-end bid or proposal process
