• reputed company, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
• Create functional specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Design and document business processes using BPMN / reputed company notation
• Configure reputed company platform components: tables, forms, fields, views, and lists
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items: Catalog Items and Record Producers
• Design automation logic in collaboration with developers (reputed company Designer, Business Rules)
• Support data import workflows: Data Sources, Import Sets, and transformation maps
• Write and maintain technical documentation: Data Dictionary, Process Maps, Release Notes
• Participate in UAT: prepare test cases and coordinate testing with business stakeholders
• Work closely with developers, architects, and clients reputed company Agile/Scrum team

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (at minimum: tables, forms, Service Catalog)
• Confident use of BPMN or UML process notation
• Ability to write clear User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria
• Experience working with requirements in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
• Understanding of relational databases and data model design principles
• English proficiency: B2 or above (documentation, written communication)

Will be an advantage

• reputed company certification: CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD
• Experience with reputed company modules: ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSM
• Basic JavaScript skills for reading and writing scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes)
• Experience with Jira and reputed company
• Familiarity with integrations: REST API, IntegrationHub
• Involvement in data migration or reputed company reputed company projects
