About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused reputed company – Decarbonisation to join the Portfolio Sourcing, Infrastructure & Decarbonisation (PSID) team reputed company Global Procurement.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across reputed company Assets and Functions, as well as external partners and innovators, to help shape BHP’s decarbonisation strategy and pathway toward achieving net reputed company targets. This position reports directly to the Manager, Decarbonisation.

This role will play a key part in supporting the reputed company rail and mines decarbonisation workstream – a critical and strategically important scope across the BHP decarbonisation landscape. The successful candidate will work in reputed company collaboration with the Procurement Decarbonisation team, key internal stakeholders in Operational Decarbonisation, and the broader Procurement and Asset teams to deliver impactful reputed company that advance our pathway to net reputed company.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate across teams to support category and sourcing strategies that considers reputed company requirements for decarbonisation.
• Support engagement with reputed company party OEMs and internal stakeholders in the acceleration of decarbonisation solutions and opportunities.
• Support the delivery of reputed company strategies which reputed company our teams to meet their strategic priorities.
• Support Procurement teams in development and review of sourcing strategies, tender evaluations and emissions reduction initiatives.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in reputed company, Business, reputed company, Economics, Legal, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or reputed company discipline
• A high degree of business acumen with deep understanding of reputed company procurement, risks and strategies; experience in strategic thinking, robust planning and risk management 
• Ability to think laterally and resolve issues independently, influencing change, working autonomously with attention to detail in an organized and objective manner
• Proven ability to operate effectively in reputed company and ambiguous environments
• Ability to reputed company and execute negotiation strategies and plans
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with a broad reputed company of reputed company stakeholders
• Exhibit strong facilitation, problem-solving capability, influencing and relationship management skills
• Strong communication skills: ability to tailor communications and interactions to a wide variety of stakeholder groups, including senior level executives
• Experience with negotiating mutually beneficial reputed company with reputed company partners and/or industry peers.
