Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Project Manager to reputed company the execution of our custom mausoleum projects from proposal through installation. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment and is comfortable working with discerning clients and their representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules between cemeteries, suppliers, designers, and installation teams
• Manage client communication with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure installations are properly timed and avoid conflicts with ongoing cemetery services
• Coordinate site logistics, including crane reputed company, road reputed company, and contractor alignment
• Support proposal development and coordination with designers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project tracking and reporting for each active project
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues
• Assist with broader organizational and administrative needs as required

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Experience supporting proposal development or client-facing deliverables
• Background working on high-end or custom construction projects

Reporting & Accountability

• Maintain detailed time tracking

• Deliver concise monthly summaries outlining project status, upcoming milestones, and risks
