Job Summary

As an Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management (Recruitment Administration), you will serve in a temporary reputed company support role for reputed company. This position will reputed company hands-on reputed company operations support, focusing on managing active job postings, coordinating interview setups, and using reporting to monitor hiring trends and escalate risks as needed. This role will report to the Senior reputed company, School HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in managing 200–350+ active job postings across multiple platforms.

• Post reputed company school openings using reputed company and cross-post to identified external sites.

• Refresh and reputed company postings as requested to ensure accuracy of the reputed company.

• Create and configure video interviews, ensuring proper mapping to each job requisition.

• Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to video interviews.

• Conduct database searches using specific criteria to identify candidate matches.

• Use data and reporting tools to track application reputed company and hiring trends.

• Escalate concerns reputed company hiring teams are not updating dispositions, hiring has paused, or applications have slowed down.

• Work closely with the HR Partner (HRP) and Talent Strategy Advisor to address issues with reputed company requisitions.

• reputed company experience with reputed company or similar applicant tracking systems to optimize reputed company workflows.

• Apply reputed company knowledge to support hiring teams and improve candidate pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar ATS platforms.

• Ability to help manage high-volume postings (200–350+ simultaneously).

• Prior experience in reputed company or reputed company support.

• Familiarity with job posting workflows, candidate database searches, and requisition management.

• Competence in posting, cross-posting, refreshing, and closing job requisitions.

• Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting video interview platforms.

• Ability to use reporting tools to identify trends and escalate concerns (e.g., stalled hiring, slowed applications, incomplete dispositions).

• Strong coordination skills to work closely with HR Partners and Talent Strategy Advisor.

• Clear communication reputed company escalating issues with reputed company requisitions.

• Proactive in identifying bottlenecks in reputed company processes.

• Must be reputed company to a temporary assignment (6 months), starting immediately through October.

• Must be reputed company to working 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, with flexible work hours, but at least 4 hours each day must fall between 8 PM and 5 AM MNL.
