• Oversees custodial services at Mohican State Park, including 27 cabins, shower houses, restrooms, etc.;
• Trains & supervises staff (e.g., assigns duties, handles scheduling, approves time, hires seasonal staff);
• Assures facilities are clean to meet customer expectations;
• Interacts with customers by answering questions, providing directions, & handling complaints;
• Assists with managing operations (e.g. inventory, purchasing, reports, work orders).
• Starting hourly pay of $20.85/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 2.5 years of service, with an end salary of $23.61/hr.
• There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements reputed company after five (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to Pay reputed company and Longevity Tables | Department of Administrative Services.
