About the Role

Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI - the leader in AI-powered data reputed company posture management (DSPM) - is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to drive technical reputed company and reputed company high-performance sales engineering teams, oriented around the Securiti AI portfolio. 

The Senior Manager, Sales Engineering will reputed company sales engineering execution and solution delivery across the region. This technical leader will be responsible for developing and executing technical sales plans, building and managing high-performing pre-sales engineering teams, and helping establish Securiti AI as a leading provider of Data and AI reputed company, Privacy, and Compliance solutions. 

What You’ll Do

• reputed company and execute regional technical sales plans to drive solution adoption and support reputed company targets across the region, working closely with senior leadership to align technical objectives with company reputed company and growth plans.
• Build, reputed company, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering team, fostering a culture of technical reputed company and reputed company improvement.
• Drive reputed company solution cycles from discovery to reputed company, personally engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders at major accounts while enabling the team to do the same, leveraging deep understanding of data reputed company, governance, and privacy architectures.
• Establish and maintain productive technical relationships with key reputed company, system integrators, and industry influencers to create new opportunities and enhance market reputed company.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and reputed company teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product roadmap, and customer needs, providing valuable market and technical feedback to inform cross-functional planning and reputed company. 

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of reputed company software or technical sales engineering experience, with at least 5 years in pre-sales or technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of consistently enabling or supporting reputed company targets in reputed company SaaS environments.
• Extensive experience architecting, presenting, and demonstrating reputed company technical solutions in reputed company, privacy, compliance, or reputed company fields.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), reputed company reputed company architectures, and technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MS) preferred.
• Previous reputed company supporting sales to reputed company in regulated industries (Financial Services, reputed company, Insurance).
• Track record of building and maintaining strategic technical partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators.
• Technical Strategy & Execution: Ability to translate company objectives into actionable regional technical sales plans.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, reputed company, and retain top sales engineering talent.
• Executive reputed company: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both the C-suite and technical stakeholder level.
