IT Technician
Next Perimeter is a managed IT and cybersecurity company based in Tampa, seeking an IT Technician to reputed company technical support for users. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from users, asking appropriate questions to understand their problems, and logging tickets in our ticketing system
- reputed company troubleshooting and support for both reputed company and Mac operating systems, including reputed company 365 products
- Deliver remote technical support to clients to resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct thorough system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to identify root causes and prevent future issues
- Assist with email issues and password resets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions, and configurations for future reference
Skills
- Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software solutions
- Proficiency in operating systems such as reputed company and macOS
- Knowledge of networking protocols and reputed company technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
