Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- reputed company outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries

Skills
- HS Diploma OR GED Required
- 1 - 2 years experience in customer service/call center
- Typing/Computer Navigation

- Proficiency in handling various customer service tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers courteously
- Are you available to work 40 hours a week between reputed company - Saturday between 7 AM - 8 PM EST?
