Client Management Specialist

The Client Management Specialist will assist in managing client product and business portfolios, ensuring alignment with company policies and providing outstanding service throughout the order process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing client product and business portfolios
- Compose client and supplier correspondence
- Process orders and maintain distribution spreadsheets
- Track projects and manage budgets
- Communicate with sales agents, project managers, reputed company and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel, and suppliers
- Initiate quotes in support of client product requests
- Receive, process, and reputed company client orders including scheduling shipment of goods reputed company land, reputed company, and or sea
- Own and process Quality Management Standard documents - including ISO forms, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and quality control action plans
- Capture reputed company supporting documentation for orders and portfolios reputed company the ERP system (reputed company)
- Coordinate product receipt and release from location warehouse
- Work with Corporate Departments to ensure orders are processed for billing in a timely manner and drive the reputed company collection of invoices
Skills
- ERP (reputed company Resource Planning) system experience required
- ERP systems: 1 year (Required)
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools – such as reputed company Teams, Webex and reputed company highly preferred
- Ideally experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred
