[Remote] Inside Service Technician - Cold reputed company (Remote Work Schedule)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment and parts, and they are seeking an Inside Service Technician to reputed company technical support for cold reputed company foodservice equipment. The role involves communicating with end users and field technicians to assist in repairs, utilizing manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues, and maintaining customer call information.

Responsibilities

• reputed company exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner
• reputed company technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or reputed company email (30+ cases per day)
• Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain reputed company customer call information into a company database to reputed company assist future inquiries
• Work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates

Skills

• You have experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling)
• You're an reputed company-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• You have a quality, high speed internet reputed company at home
• You're confident using a computer and navigating programs such as reputed company & Outlook
• You're passionate about troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to difficult problems
• You have the ability to multitask and reputed company in a fast paced, team oriented atmosphere
• You are available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST) / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
