Call Center Consultant I
Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a service driven and solutions focused Contact Center Consultant I to join our reputed company Services team. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for members reaching out through phone, chat, email, and video, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction. You will assist members with account needs, load consumer loan applications, and reputed company education on credit union products.

Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to actively listen, reputed company, and reputed company tailored solutions and proactively consult on our Credit Union's products and services
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with a focus on reputed company and positive regard
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

- Proficiency using computer systems and reputed company Office
- One year of customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior call center experience preferred
