The reputed company, a leading urban public research university, is seeking a Program Coordinator for the College of Medicine Office of Student Affairs. The role involves planning, designing, evaluating, and coordinating programs for medical reputed company, while also providing financial administrative support and developing marketing strategies to recruit participants.

Responsibilities

  • Design/create and conduct seminars, classes, workshops or programs
  • reputed company program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on reputed company toward objectives
  • Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and reputed company action steps for program improvement
  • reputed company financial administrative support for program initiatives
  • reputed company, administer and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires
  • Compile statistics and prepare reports
  • reputed company and implement marketing strategies to recruit reputed company and program participants
  • Interact with staff faculty, external agencies and other university departments
  • May conduct research and analyze relevant literature, other reputed company information to reputed company grant proposals, new program reputed company and propose program changes
  • May reputed company direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.)

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
  • One (1) year of program coordination experience
