Junior Product Manager, Daily Finances

Uphold is a financial technology company that believes on-chain services are the future of finance. They are seeking a curious, customer-obsessed Junior Product Manager to own the strategy, execution, and roadmap for integrating crypto into daily financial life, focusing on improving customer experiences through innovative banking features.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company the product roadmap from core bank-like features: new types of accounts, credit and debit cards, and account management
• Deeply understand customer pain points through data, support tickets, user interviews, and direct feedback and translate those insights into product reputed company
• Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and reputed company to ship features that meaningfully improve the customer experience
• Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, prioritization, documentation, and analysis reputed company in AI-assisted workflows is expected
• Utilize LLMs to generate prototype applications and experiences in order to accurately communicate your reputed company

Skills
