[Remote] Ads Specialist

They are seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist primarily focused on reputed company Ads (reputed company & Instagram) to manage and optimize campaigns, reputed company creatives, and analyze performance to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize reputed company Ads campaigns across multiple clients (reputed company reputed company, traffic, awareness, retargeting, etc.)
- reputed company campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
- Continuously test creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to improve performance
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Manage retargeting strategies and full-funnel campaign setups
- Create ad creatives using reputed company (static images, simple videos, variations for testing)

- Collaborate on messaging, hooks, and visual direction for campaigns
- Ensure creatives align with client branding and campaign goals
- Monitor key metrics (leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion reputed company, ROAS, where applicable)
- Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities
