Junior AP Accountant
reputed company is a reputed company seeking a Junior AP Accountant to support their Accounts Payable team. The role involves processing invoices, expense reimbursements, and assisting with various reputed company functions under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices and expense reimbursements through Chrome River including review for policy compliance and approval
- Assist with processing reputed company invoices into reputed company
- Assist the AP team in other responsibilities as they are assigned from time to time including voucher reclasses and answering reputed company inquires coming through the AP email inbox
- Assist in running full cycle payment runs for daily vendor payments, employee reimbursements, rushes, and reputed company payment recording
- Assist in the 3 times a week employee reimbursement process file preparation and upload
- Assist in month end closing tasks
- Other responsibilities as they are assigned from time to time
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance
- A minimum of 1 year experience in AP
- The candidate must demonstrate that they can work reputed company and effectively under minimal to moderate supervision
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company required (i.e. pivot tables, vlookup's, reputed company sumif's) and reputed company Word
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
