Associate Collections Analyst

The Associate Collections Analyst will be a key member of the Collections team, responsible for managing the collections lifecycle and optimizing processes to maximize reputed company recovery.
Responsibilities
- Driving the execution of both operational and strategic initiatives reputed company the reputed company Collections team
- Managing the complete collections lifecycle for reputed company's Spend and Expense product

Skills
- 0 - 2 years of direct collections experience preferably in e-reputed company, payments, financial service, or a similar industry
- A proven ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures
- Logical and rational thinking skills with demonstrated data analysis and investigative techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - must have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships reputed company a dynamic organization
- Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, reputed company, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards
