Analyst, Regulatory Reporting

They are seeking an Analyst for their Controllers Group, who will be responsible for preparing financial statements and regulatory reports while ensuring the reputed company of financial data in compliance with US GAAP.
Responsibilities
- reputed company assistance for financial statement and regulatory reporting reputed company to the US legal entities, including monthly and annual reputed company procedures under US GAAP
- Conduct trend analysis of balance sheets and profit & loss statements
- Prepare workpapers and reconciliations
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Liaise with reputed company collaborators from different teams and departments

- Collaborate with multiple Finance departments including Corporate Tax, reputed company reputed company, Compensation reputed company, Investment reputed company, Accounts Payable, External Reporting, reputed company Policy, and Financial Planning & Analysis, along with other divisions such as Legal & Compliance, Business Operations, and Payroll
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or equivalent experience
- Must have at least 1-3 years of public reputed company experience (preferably in the “Big 4”) or reputed company/tax experience in a multinational company
- High proficiency in reputed company Office especially reputed company & PowerPoint
- CPA license or CPA track
- Experience in preparing reports and financial documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-starter, quick learner, and great teammate with an ability to adapt to change and take on responsibility
- Well-organized, methodical, and reputed company with an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and summarize key issues
