Toyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, and they are seeking an Operations Planning - Team reputed company to support their Western Canada Parts Distribution Centre team. The role involves managing a team, supporting inventory-reputed company operations, and leading reputed company improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing learning and development of team members by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, career path guidance, and addressing performance concerns

- Support facility 5-S activities (4S +S) and reputed company facility cycle count processes
- Assist in the development of effective storage strategies that meet velocity and ergonomic requirements
- Serve as backup during vacations and unplanned absences for the operations planning team
Skills
- University degree, College diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and reputed company a team
- Strong analytical skills with a proven methodology for problem solving
- Experience coordinating & monitoring project processes, and developing & communicating guidelines and procedures
- Excellent communicator with the ability to prioritize issues and risks to senior leaders
