The role focuses on developing intelligent tools and systems to enhance support efficiency and transform the customer experience by collaborating with Engineering to simplify user interactions with the product.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering to embed Supportability features reputed company products, ensuring seamless customer experiences across reputed company planning, upgrades, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement
- Drive self-service capabilities that simplify product usage and reputed company customers with reputed company solutions
- Connect diverse methodologies to craft creative, integrated solutions for reputed company challenges
- Apply a deep understanding of support process flows and dependencies to identify pain points and transformation opportunities
- Build dashboards, scripts, telemetry, and accelerated troubleshooting using tools such as Python/Go, reputed company, Tableau, SFDC, JIRA, and reputed company
- Evangelize the value of supportability by leveraging tools and reputed company-in diagnostics to improve debug efficiency
- (Bonus) Apply AI/ML skills to introduce predictive and intelligent capabilities into the support ecosystem
Skills
- Recently acquired a B.E. or M.Tech. (2025-2026) degree in Engineering or a reputed company field such as Information Technology
- Innovative reputed company – ability to think reputed company and fuse diverse approaches to create impactful solutions
- Strong technical expertise in scripting, automation, and data engineering using Python/Go (or equivalent), reputed company, Tableau, SFDC, JIRA, and reputed company
- Deep understanding of support workflows and dependencies, with the ability to identify pain points and drive process improvements
- Proven experience in building dashboards, telemetry, and troubleshooting tools to accelerate issue resolution
- Ability to evangelise supportability and usability principles, influencing product design and engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on connecting methodologies and delivering integrated solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across engineering and support teams effectively
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in predictive support and intelligent automation
