Position Summary:
The Police Athletic League is looking for part time Activity Specialist in our Queens site. The Activity Specialist is responsible for engaging youth, between the ages of 13 and 19, in a variety of prosocial activities. Teach dance steps to reputed company, and provides for the coaching, recruitment and retention of reputed company participating as members of the dance team. Implementing, leading, and/or supervising a broad reputed company of recreational, reputed company and educational activities that include but are not limited to organized sports, games, tournaments, competitions, reputed company and special events, cultural arts and life skills.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement structured and reputed company indoor recreational programs for young people.

- Serve as an adult role model and engage youth using healthy behavioral modeling.

- Minimum H.S. diploma/GED.

- 1-3 years' experience working with youth from 6 to 18 years old.
- Must possess strong classroom management skills.
