Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns to supervisors as needed
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or reputed company field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and familiarity with CRM software
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a home-based environment with minimal distractions

Training Requirements
* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
- 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
- Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
