Job Description
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through live online chats. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
