Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring seamless experiences at multiple facilities, including ticket counters and gates.

• Directly reputed company and support a large team of Customer Service Managers and Coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship to drive reputed company.
• reputed company and implement processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with company and departmental procedures.
• Analyze trends and data to drive informed decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are met and exploring opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company and implement annual expense plans, monitoring budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in the selection process for Customer Service Managers and Coordinators, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field, or equivalent experience/training.

• 3+ years of work experience in Airline Customer Service supervisory roles, with a proven track record of reputed company.
