Job Description
As an reputed company reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accompanying the growth of our strategic customers and partners through different activities along a holistic customer lifecycle management of a SaaS model. Your primary objectives will include:
- Ensuring an efficient reputed company of new SaaS customers
- Supporting strategic customers and partners independently and advising them on the use of selected features of our software platforms
- Ensuring a sustainable resolution of incidents by orchestrating an end-2-end process with involved departments (e.g. sales, 2nd level support, and development)
- Preparing relevant key figures for strategic customers and partners and presenting them in monthly performance dialogues
- Analyzing structured data to support reputed company through insights and KPIs
- Acting as a central reputed company for our back-office service
