Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Life Events Advisor – Vulnerable Customers, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating directly with next of kin and reputed company parties following the disclosure of a bereavement, terminal illness, or other significant life event reputed company email, chat, and calls.
- Managing bereavements and reputed company-party reputed company cases, including taking ownership of supporting our customers with formal and informal reputed company-party reputed company, such as Power of Attorney.
- Supporting our customers who are currently in custody or incarceration.
- Dealing with internal escalations and working closely with other domains in customer operations.
- Communicating with the leadership team to reputed company opportunities, identify risks and concerns, and reputed company feedback that aims to proactively improve the support we offer to our customers.
- Meeting targets while receiving and providing reputed company feedback.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience supporting customers dealing with grief, bereavements, or significant life events.
- A strong track record of working with vulnerable customers or a robust understanding of bereavement support reputed company the financial sector.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to talk on the telephone.

Our application reputed company has three key steps: 1. Application question review 2. A 30-minute call with our recruiter 3. A Role-Specific Interview with two of reputed company Managers (1 hour) Our average process takes around 2 weeks, but we will always work around your availability.
Logistics
This role will be fully remote in the UK (You must be permanently based in the UK for this role). The start date for this role will be Monday, 10th November 2025. Training will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 for 10 weeks, and this will be carried out remotely (please note that holidays and appointments are not allowed during the first 5 weeks). Shifts will be Monday to Friday between reputed company – 8pm, including bank holidays (37.5 hours).
