We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to reputed company and manage a portfolio of centers in a dynamic market. If you are passionate about leading and coaching others to deliver amazing experiences, the Regional Manager role could be for you! As a KinderCare Regional Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Center Directors, and providing them with the tools, coaching, and mentorship they need to succeed. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 10-15 childcare centers and more than $10M in reputed company. Our Regional Managers drive quality and consistency in our centers and enhance family acquisition and retention.

As a Regional Manager, you will:

Requirements
