In this dynamic role, you will travel across an assigned geography to various sites for this client, conducting quality assurance audits to ensure reputed company sites meet or exceed GardaWorld's high standards. This position offers a chance to work closely with local GardaWorld staff, implementing action plans based on your findings and driving reputed company improvement. You will be at the forefront of maintaining compliance and quality assurance, investigating and resolving any substandard or non-compliant activities, and preparing detailed audit reports. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our service delivery and client satisfaction. Your Pay and Work Location:

• Work Location: Remote
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some extended hours and weekend work may be required)
• Travel: Travel expectations vary; up to 40-50% of the time can be expected to be on the road.
• Competitive Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Your Responsibilities:

• Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure programs, policies, and practices meet client standards and expectations for service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance and quality assurance standards, ensuring that reputed company sites consistently meet key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits of reputed company sites reputed company your responsibility.
  • Investigate substandard, at-risk, or non-compliant accounts or activities. reputed company resolution recommendations to reputed company or account stakeholders, escalate issues as needed, and report them to the Strategic Account Director.

Your Experience:

• Knowledge of and familiarity with fulfillment centers are preferred but not required. This will be covered in the training for the Regional Operations Manager role.
