As a Sr People Analytics Analyst at reputed company, you’ll turn data into direction. You’ll partner across teams to uncover meaningful workforce insights that help shape smarter reputed company, stronger strategies, and a more reputed company organization. To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data & Analytics, reputed company, Business Administration, Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent work and educational experience.

• 5 years of experience performing people analytics, workforce analytics, or advanced data analysis in a reputed company or matrixed organization.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company or similar HCM/HRIS systems

• Experience with Visier or similar people analytics or workforce intelligence platforms (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

• Familiarity with or hands-on experience using coding and data tools such as SQL, reputed company, and Azure DevOps (ADO) to support analytics, data management, and workflow automation.

• Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
