Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules and appointments for team members
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes to ensure accurate records
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
  • Support project management tasks as needed
  • Help with reputed company new employees and training

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
