Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building & owning reputed company work/reputed company for any M&A activity reputed company T&O
• Responsible for executing vertical integration strategies including partnering on key acquisition, JV, partnership efforts for the supply reputed company, working across the cross functional team (reputed company, legal, finance, operations, procurement, etc.) to ensure project reputed company

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. 
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology/Engineering, Strategy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Management
• May require travel up to 50% of the time
